Anonymous Whistleblowing

The main objective of JSC Silk Bank is to conduct its banking activities in accordance with the principles of integrity, fairness, and ethics, for which we have established an anonymous whistleblowing mechanism. This enables any person—whether a direct customer, an employee, or any other individual—to provide the Bank with information regarding any actual or alleged misconduct/violation committed by employees, officials, or members of senior management.

You may submit a whistleblowing report if you are aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, one or more of the following types of violations:

  • • Financial violations, fraud, money laundering, and/or corrupt practices;
  • • Harassment or intimidation (physical or psychological);
  • • Forgery, abuse of authority/official position;
  • • Risks related to an individual’s health and safety (including potential risks);
  • • Non-compliance or gross violation of Georgian legislation, rules and regulations, internal normative documents of the Bank, or decisions adopted by the Bank’s corporate bodies and/or officials within their authority;
  • • Improper use of insider and/or confidential information;
  • • Environmental harm;
  • • Retaliatory actions, inappropriate or unethical conduct committed as revenge for whistleblowing or for participating in an investigation of such matters;
  • • Any intentional concealment or suppression of the above-mentioned facts;
  • • Any other unethical, illegal, or criminal conduct.
